False alarm

Oh what a night we had !

I got those very painful period pains and got a little bit confused - I supposed to have contractions first, timing them etc but not pains. Anyway, we called the hospital and unfortunately all the doctors where in the emergences so they asked us to call back in half an hour. We where already in the bed and started giggling like 2 teenagers. I kept repeating - I am not ready yet, I have an appointment to the hairdresser for 5 o'clock next day, what about my painters coming on Saturday to finish the house and I was supposed to go to take some more photos of my belly. And so we giggled again .......

Well, I think after half and hour waiting for some kind of contractions my pains stopped and I fall asleep. Thanks God for that, I am really not ready yet but I better buy all those things on the list quick because you never know ;)

Lost my second wind

and so I lost my second wind.

I woke up at 2.30 at night and could not sleep at all. I was
turning from one side to another till 7 o'clock in the morning with a small trip downstairs for quick snack and 5 if not 7 trips to the toilet. I had so many thoughts in my head that lying for so many hours did not seem to bother me. I decided to hire 2 painters to finish painting downstairs this weekend and I was making a list of things that still need to be bought before the baby:
mattresses for mosses basket
some nappies
baby socks
baby bath and changing cover

I am so tired. I think I will go and lie down now.

Got my second wind -2 weeks to go

Oh, I am so excited right now. It feels like I got my second wind. The baby is nearly due and my husband and I can’t wait to have the baby with us.

I am wondering what he looks like - it does not really matter of course but its so funny to think what features he will have from me and what from my husband. This is truly the most wonderful time in my life.

I posted a photograph of my belly onto the stock exchange web site and to my surprise I got 30 uploads in one day - I could not believe it! I actually was only trying the web site and uploaded one of the photographs I had on my computer in work and I have so many wonderful photos at home. It gave me a little kick and I am going to use this opportunity and take few more shots before the baby is born and upload it there. It means someone must like it – such a great feeling.

Oh and last but not least there is a great sale in DUN STORES right now. We got few hundreds Euro worth of vouchers for our wedding so I am going to have fun spending it tonight and tomorrow - I think I might buy some decorations for the house and more stuff for the baby room.
